Polynesian trilithon on the island of Tongatapu, Tonga. Three coral-limestone blocks (two uprights + lintel) weighing ~30–40 tons each, joined by precision-cut mortise and tenon. Built ~1200 CE under the Tu'i Tonga dynasty. Astronomically aligned to solstice sunrise. The only known Polynesian trilithon, on the same form as Stonehenge and Baalbek.
