Neolithic settlement in northern Syria with destruction layer dated to ~12,800 BP — coincident with the Younger Dryas onset. Contains meltglass and platinum spikes cited as evidence for the Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis. Submerged under Lake Assad reservoir in 1973.
