Sacred well in the Rio Quirra valley built of green-blue schist in two masonry styles — polygonal blocks outside, thin slabs within: eight steps descend under an inverted-staircase ceiling to a still-flowing spring shaft capped by an intact corbelled tholos with apical oculus. A sealed upper chamber accessible only through the oculus — ritual room, mini-nuraghe, or structural device — is a documented open question.
