Preah Khan of Kompong Svay
TempleAsiaCambodiac. 1100 CEKhmer Empire
Largest single temple enclosure ever built by the Khmer (5 km × 5 km), 100 km east of Angkor along the ancient royal road. Reservoirs, mound-grids, and spiral earthworks mirror the Angkor and Beng Mealea layouts — same hand, same scale, same unexplained engineering signature. Almost entirely unrestored.
