Cyclopean polygonal megalithic walls in central Italy, southeast of Rome. The acropolis enclosure is roughly 2 km in perimeter, with blocks weighing 20–30 tons fitted without mortar. Officially Hernican / 6th century BCE; the masonry style and weathering suggest a far older substrate.
